Go The Dist: Revised

I did it. I finally bit the bullet and revised my #GoTheDist goal for the year. Not because I’m less active than I thought, but because my initial goal was essentially a math error. I bike at roughly 3x the Keep Running

GTD 2013: Q1

It took a lot of editing and re-editing not to call it “Q1 down the drain”, but I know Robby would brain me if I did that. I went off track with #GoTheDist last year when the weather got better. Keep Running

Two years in…

Friday is my two-year Weight Watchers anniversary. Am I where I wanted to be? No, but I’m a lot closer to that than I was when I started in March 2009. Best of all, I recently recaptured that epiphany / Keep Running

so a week into 2012

and I’m mostly still on track. I had a slower start to exercise then I wanted because I started off the year sick. Still, I made myself go to the gym on both Sunday and Monday and even a short Keep Running
